On Wednesday 12th February year 3 went on a trip
to Hall Place in Bexley to learn more about the Tudors. We were all very
excited about the day.
When we arrived we were greeted by two ladies called
Annie and Helen. Annie was dressed as a rich Tudor and Helen was dressed as a
poor Tudor.
We were then divided into two groups and completed two different
workshops. One of the workshops was about Tudor clothes and dancing, we all
dressed up in Tudor clothes and then had a strictly come Tudor lesson. The
other workshop was all about Tudor status and how your wealth impacted on what
you would of eaten.
We all also made a bees wax candle to take home with us.
